The company also announced that O2 Ireland is the first European customer to be taking advantage of the package. Serena said it has been working with O2 since August, during which time it has helped the company to implement best practice processes for release management of both internally and externally developed applications.
According to Serena, the package is designed to assess a company’s needs, and then design and implement process improvement programs said to maximize investment in software and application technologies.
