The intent platform supports the J2ME mobile Java specification, allowing the phone to run industry standard Java applications such as games and personalized content. It also includes an enhanced high-performance graphics library, allowing dedicated applications to use the Z100’s large screen and fast graphics.
The global adoption of Java technology-enabled handsets by Mobile Operators has attracted content developers for wireless devices such as entertainment, media, and enterprise access, Sendo CEO Hugh Brogan told the press.
