SEMATECH GETS $100M CONTRIBUTION TO 1988 BUDGET FROM UNCLE SAM

The Sematech semiconductor manufacturing research consortium has now signed with the US Department of Defense the memorandum of understanding required by Congress for release of Uncle Sam’s $100m contribution to Sematech’s 1988 budget.
