SEIKO EPSON HAS FLAT PANEL THAT HANDLES VIDEO BETTER

The Seiko Epson Corp unit of Seiko Corp claims to have developed the industry’s first prototype of a bistable twisted nematic liquid crystal diode display, and says it has a panel reaction speed 10 times as fast as a conventional thin-film-transistor panels, making it less unsuitable for displaying video than conventional flat panels. The company has not yet set any marketing plan for the new display.
