SEAGATE FOLLOWS ULSTER EXPANSION WITH $220M IRISH INVESTMENT

Following its $240m investment in a new Northern Ireland facility last week (CI No 3,178), disk drive manufacturer Seagate Technology Inc is investing a further $220m in the Irish Republic. The company is setting up a factory to manufacture its drives in County Cork, where it will create some 1,000 jobs.
