SD-SCICON TO SELL A US UNIT

SD-Scicon Plc has agreement for the sale of its US Energy Systems Group to Combustion Engineering Inc ofStamford, Connecticut for $12.2m. Since April, the division has made a small loss on turnover of $6.5m. Proceeds are to go to reduce debt.
