SCOTLAND: SUN INVESTS $20m

Sun Microsystems Inc yesterday confirmed that it will invest $20m in Linlithgow, West Lothian to build its first manufacturing plant outside the US, and expects to employ 300 people there by 1991. Europe accounts for 21% of Sun’s turnover.
