Sharon Hodder, vice president, Internet Services, Scotiabank, believes that the deployment will provide greater flexibility for customers to receive and pay their bills on line securely.
Scotiabank will combine epost with the BCE Emergis webdoxs service, acquired by the bank for $14.5m in July 2004, in order to provide consumers with the tools they need to efficiently receive, view, pay, print and store even more of their critical mail online.
The expanded bill presentment service is just one example of Scotiabank’s continuing commitment to provide its customers with convenient, secure and easy-to-use online services, said Hodder. We are continually adding new functionality to Scotia OnLine to provide customers with new and creative ways to manage their finances.
