Schukra develops seat support structures for automotive and aviation companies. It plans to use the technology to streamline the management of its core business processes including invoicing, manufacturing scheduling, package tracking and billing.

The integrated platform is designed to perform a real-time exchange of product information across different applications and databases to coordinate all billing, scheduling and shipping activities associated with order fulfillment.

According to IBM, Schukra has reduced materials requirements planning (MRP) time by 90% and data recovery time by 30%.
