SCHLUMBERGER SCLUMBERGER SELLS ITS ADRET SA COMPANY IN FRANCE

Schlumberger Ltd has made a small disposal from its Technologies division, all of which may be for sale (CI No 1,051): it has sold its Adret SA test and measurement equipment manufacturing company in Trappes, France to GEC Plc’s Marconi Instruments unit for an undisclosed sum: the company employs 120 and had sales of UKP6.5m last year.
