SAXPY SOFTWARE ENGINEER ARRAIGNED IN COURT FOR STEALING SAXPY INFORMATION

Saxpy Computer Corp, the Sunnyvale company that has just wrapped up acquisition of the assets of liqui-dated Culler Scientific, has confirmed that a former employee, Ivan-Pierre Batinic, was arraigned on Thursday in federal court for allegedly stealing supercomputer design information from Saxpy: Batinic, a software engineer, was at Saxpy for about 15 months and left in September; Saxpy is helping the Department of Treasury and US Customs Service, the FBI and the Sunnyvale Police in the investigation.
