SAPIENS IN DICUSSIONS WITH C3

The Netherlands Antilles-registered Israeli Sapiens International Corp NV and its wholly owned subsidiary, Sapiens USA Inc, say that they are conducting discussions with C3 Inc, and its wholly owned subsidiary, Telos Corp, over a proposed joint venture which would combine the domestic consulting businesses of Sapiens USA Inc and Telos Corp.
