SAP AG, has relieved Informix Corp of its remaining 1.74m shares in Mountain View, California-based IntelliCorp Inc, leaving the Walldorfer with a 14% stake in IntelliCorp; terms were not disclosed. The investment belatedly seals a deal signed in April under which IntelliCorp made two agreements with SAP – a joint development agreement and a licensing and distribution agreement granting IntelliCorp the right to include the R/3 Reference Model with LiveModel. LiveModel is IntelliCorp’s business modeling tool, and is designed to accelerate implementation of SAP’s R/3 client-server enterprise application system – everything you could possibly need for running a firm in mix’n’match modules.
