SAP has introduced its NetWeaver Decision Service Management software which allows organiations to move decision logic that determines the process behavior in enterprise applications into a central location.
Moving of decision logic to central location enable business owners and IT experts to easily set up and change decision logic.
SAP NetWeaver Decision Service Management claimed to empower domain experts to define and change decision logic without any IT staff involvement.
This accelerates the changes in automated business processes and also improves the efficiency of IT and business staff within the organisation.
SAP deputy chief technology officer Sethu M said: "SAP NetWeaver Decision Service Management intends to give organizations the ability to continuously and quickly optimize their business processes by empowering business experts to implement and change automated operational decisions in enterprise applications."
In addition, the company plans to enable users to continuously optimise the decision services and make them available without requiring expensive downtime of the connected enterprise applications.
SAP NetWeaver Decision Service Management is currently available through the SAP Ramp-Up programme.
