German software provider SAP reported an increase of full year revenues by 25% to €3.97bn for the full year 2011, while its fourth-quarter revenues posted an increase of 17% to €1.74bn.
Its total revenues for the full year 2011 increased by 15% to €14.26bn.
These are SAP’s best ever full year and fourth-quarter revenue increases, the company stated.
The main drivers of its growth were its core applications business, analytics and mobile solutions and SAP HANA.
SAP exceeded its €100m 2011 target for SAP HANA, as it achieved software revenues of more than €160m.
The company also surpassed its €100m 2011 target software revenues in mobile solutions.
SAP co-CEOs said in an uncertain environment, SAP delivered the best year in its 40 year history. "We gained significant market share and achieved double-digit growth across all regions." they said.
