SAP launches new hosting option for Business One Solution

Addresses customers' preference for minimal upfront cost and IT overhead

By CBR Staff Writer

SAP has introduced a subscription-based, hosted delivery model for the SAP Business One solution exclusively through its qualified partners, including CAP Solutions, Datalab, Fasttrack, Onyx and Seidor.

With this hosting option the company intends to address customers’ preference for minimal upfront cost and IT overhead.

SAP Business One integrates all core business functions, including financials, sales, customer relationship management, inventory and operations.

In the new model, this is combined with a single, fixed monthly fee that covers the expenses of software, hardware, implementation and operations.

Seidor head Carlos Iribarren said small businesses are increasingly looking for an integrated solution to run their business while minimizing total cost of ownership (TCO).

"We expect this trend to increase in the future, and we are happy to be one of the first partners to address this growing market demand jointly with SAP," Iribarren said.
