By CBR Staff Writer

Samsung Electronics Co Ltd is sampling a new 8Mb SRAM chip aimed at the networking market. The company claims 100% bus efficiency for the 150Mhz chip and says that its low – 2.2V – power consumption makes the chip suitable for switches and router applications.
