SalesLogix Corporation, the Scottsdale, Arizona sale force automation (SFA) software developer, has revealed a series of web-enabling upgrades to its offerings, including support for Netscape browsers, Novell GroupWise and Lotus Notes.

The company has attached to its SalesLogix flagship product Web Viewer+, a Netscape or Microsoft browser-based interface for casual users such as mobile salespeople to update calendar information via the web. SalesLogix Web Client 3.1 will now also support Netscape software. SalesLogixÆs Personal Information Management Synchronization (PIM Sync) software will also allow users to exchange data with Groupwise and Notes.

The firmÆs SupportLogix Web also gets a web-enablement, with a Web Knowledge Base upgrade to allow a user to publish all or part of its support database in an intra/internet format. The upgrades come bundled for a $3,000 per 50-seat license.
