The sale of Leading Edge Products Inc to PC Systems Inc (CI No 1,111) has been snagged by a former writer of software for Leading Edge who has been granted a temporary restraining order blocking the transaction on the grounds that he reckons Leading Edge owes him royalties of $1m: Leading Edge lawyers are trying to get the order overturned.
