RTS Realtime Systems has announced that it is rolling out Deutsche Boerse’s access interfaces, the Enhanced Transaction Solution and the Enhanced Broadcast Solution, along with the new Xetra 10.0.

According to RTS, Deutsche Boerse offers traders two new interfaces that can be deployed via RTS’ trading systems. The Enhanced Transaction Solution is an asynchronous message-based interface (TCP connection) which reportedly helps to reduce the latency in trading.

The company said that the second interface – Enhanced Broadcast Solution – is a multicast connection which helps to transmit un-netted market data with order book depth. This transmission mechanism is claimed to reduce latency and provide access to market data.

The company further claims that the new connectivity offering can reduce by at least 50% in transmission times for order data sent to Xetra and back to trading participants.

Christian Zahm, sales director of RTS, said: “RTS’ proximity hosting solutions include Xetra and Eurex, allowing performance-driven traders to further profit from the combined offering, while keeping the cost under control. With this enhanced connectivity offering, we are further strengthening our position as a leading technology provider for Xetra and for algorithmic trading solutions globally.
