Bermuda-based international and long distance telecoms outfit RSL Communications Ltd, has acquired New York-based long distance business telecoms reseller LDM Systems Inc for $25m. LDM turns over $29m and is being purchased to bolster RSL’s sales operation, add business customers to its network, and grow RSL in size. The deal is due to be completed in January 1998.
