ROYALBLUE OFFERS END-TO-END PROBLEM MANAGEMENT

Royalblue Group Plc, the UK helpdesk software company, has launched a new suite of products that it claims is the first to offer end-to-end problem management. Boasting a sales growth of 70% in the first half compared with an industry average of 30%, Royalblue now boasts its has software more advanced than any other customer interaction CIS software vendor using component object model COM and distributed COM technologies. Based on the company’s multi-tier component MTC architecture, Royalblue says it offers CIS products that manage the whole problem lifecycle, rather than just incidents.
