Roxboro Group Plc warns that it expects its profits for the year to be below market expectations because of low demand levels for some of its products. Based on trading in September and October, it saw no immediate prospect of a meaningful recovery in demand levels at its Dialight Electronics Product Group while the Electronics Product Group seemed to be suffering from weak overall demand for electronic components across the US market and the prolonged de-stocking by customers and distributors. Trading in all of other businesses of the group is in line with expectations, with improved margins at Weston Aerospace.
