Ross Perot’s non-competition agreement with General Motors Corp, signed as part of his pay-off from the company he founded, Electronic Data Systems Corp, expired on December 1, and Perot is back in business with his fledgling Perot Systems Corp and raring to go – right here in Europe. Perot Systems opened a European office on Friday in the hope of garnering big bucks as a result of the opening of the Community for business post-1992. The initial thrust of his new company is expected to be systems integration for hospitals and other medical undertakings. In the US, Perot Systems is going after facilities management and applications work in the government, commercial and the financial sectors.
