Ravaged Scottish Winchester disk drive manufacturer Rodime Plc says that it has been holding restructuring talks with institutional shareholders, and that if the talks reach a successful conclusion before then, it will likely adjourn its extraordinary general meeting, set for June 8, to a later date. The meeting was called because the Stock Exchange requires it when a company’s net worth falls to less than half called-up share capital.
