SofTech Inc, Waltham, Massachusetts has sold copies of its newest set of iAPX-86-targeted Ada development tools to Rockwell International in Duluth, Georgia: the Ada-86 toolset was chosen by Rockwell’s Missile Systems Division to aid in the 10-man-year development of a digital autopilot for the Hellfire anti-tank missile; the Ada-86 compiler and development package for embedded, bare Intel 8086, 80186, and 80286 microprocessors, was introduced by SofTech in November 1986.
