With around 17 years trading experience in Czechoslovakia, Crawley,Sussexbased office automation systems suppliers Rocc Computers Ltd should be better placed than most to capitalise on the changes sweeping through East Europe, but managing director Michael Aldrich says that so far Rocc has not experienced any noticeable benefits as a result; apart from the perennial problem of getting money back to the West, a major obstacle is that Western firms still have to deal through government agencies, and Aldrich reckons that despite all the high hopes, it may be several years before direct access to the East European user is permitted.
