RICOH TAKES LICENCE FOR POSTSCRIPT FROM ADOBE SYSTEMS

Ricoh Co is to enter the desktop publishing market and has taken a licence for PostScript from Abode Systems for use in a laser printer due out in the autumn: initially the printer will be for English language working, but a Japanese language version will follow, and Ricoh will sell that version OEM to local software houses and to start-up companies.
