RICOH EXPANDS OEM AGREEMENT WITH IBM JAPAN

Expanding on its OEM agreement with IBM Japan (CI No 887), Ricoh Co says that the Ricoh I series Models 736 and 735 versions of System 36 will take all its existing peripherals and that its software will be converted for the new machines: Ricoh has been selling NEC Corp office and personal computers under an OEM agreement for some time, and it is expected to sell both lines in parallel for a period.
