Reynolds & Reynolds Co, Dayton, Ohio has filed to get its Class A common shares listed on the New York Stock Exchange, and hopes to see them up there on the Big Board late this month: founded as long ago as 1866 and currently traded on the NASDAQ national overthecounter market, Reynolds & Reynolds went public in 1961 and achieved record sales of $600.1m for the year to September 30; it specialises in computer systems and business forms for automotive, professional, medical and general business markets.
