Search and social media management firm RepEquity has acquired Virilion, a digital agency that focuses on leveraging the latest in web and mobile for clients, to provide an integrated digital services in search, social media, creative and technical development across web and mobile.
Virilion provides creative, social media, video production, e-Commerce, and web and mobile technical development.
RepEquity said that the combined services will enable clients to take control of their brand online by managing search results, leveraging social media, and creating a brand experience.
The new company will handle clients’ full digital communication needs while providing the benefits of a smaller, more agile agency.
Virilion president Huard Smith said the market has yet to see this combination of digital services particularly in a mid-size agency, and they are excited what these new capabilities mean for their clients.
RepEquity CEO Tripp Donnelly said the new company is well positioned to deliver digital services for any type of client, and the combination of Virilion’s services will deepen and scale their digital offerings nationally and beyond.
