Gemini Technology Corp of Irvine, California has licensed the Reality Lab three-dimensional rendering library from RenderMorphics Ltd of London. Under the terms of the agreement, Gemini will exploit Reality Lab technology and its Gemini Visual System to enable real-time three-dimensional simulation for the personal computer. Gemini Visual System is both an application programming interface and a library of C or Ada callable routines. In addition to the Visual System’s library functions, the software distribution also includes a collection of example source code, including tutorials, demonstrations, vehicle dynamics and device interfaces. Also included is a model library containing textured air, land and sea vehicles, terrains and structures.
