RENAISSANCE ACQUIRES ISS CORP IN $57M SHARE DEAL

Renaissance Solutions Inc, Lincoln, Nebraska has acquired International Systems Services Corp, Stamford, Connecticut for 1.31 million new shares worth $57m. The prize did about $13m in 1995 with its strategic consulting, process design, change management and systems integration services for Fortune 500 companies. It has offices in Cambridge, Massachusetts; San Francisco; Washington, DC; and London, and has about 65 employees. The deal increases Renaissance’s operations in New York and London, and provides new operations in Washington and San Francisco, which had been picked by Renaissance for expansion in 1997.
