RedTie has signed an agreement with HP in North America to offer its Web-to-print offerings for HP Indigo Digital Presses.

RedTie said its offerings enable their customers to offer online ordering capabilities designed to retain business and develop new revenue streams.

RedTie general manager of North America Dominic Le Claire said RedTie’s web-to-print solutions have generated incremental print revenue for HP customers in Europe, and we look forward to helping US customers with the same opportunities.

"HP recognises that the RedTie’s solutions, while simple to implement and easy for the end user to place orders is both robust and sophisticated with a wide range of features designed for a B2B corporate environment while not neglecting the requirements a good B2C site needs," Le Claire said.

RedTie founder and CEO Marian Stefani said, they are delighted to continue to expand their relationship with HP, allowing RedTie to bring its expertise and experience to HP’s Indigo customers.

Meanwhile, RedTie has launched Red2Go Web-to-Print Solution and RedTie Academy at GraphExpo 2010 in Chicago.

Red2Go is a new pay-as-you-go web-to-print solution for print service providers, while RedTie Academy is a new online training experience.

Red2Go Software as a Service (SAAS) offering allows print service providers of any size or production environment to offer online ordering to retain customers, increase revenue, and fill capacity, while reducing costs.

The Red2Go model allows companies to sign up for the RedTie Template (RTT) web-to-print solution online, and participate in web-based implementation and training at the new, industry-leading RedTie Academy.

Le Claire said that busy printers needed an easy to purchase, easy to train and easy to implement online ordering solution that is not a drain on resources and this is exactly what Red2Go is designed to deliver.
