Morgan Hill, California-based Redlake Corp has now reached definitive agreement to acquire Atek Information Services Inc, based in Canton, Ohio and if the acquisition is consummated, TPSC Holding Corp, a company wholly owned by John Ebert, the chairman of Atek, will be in the driving seat with a majority of the outstanding shares of Redlake, which also says it is continuing negotiations for the acquisition of PhotoBase Inc of Los Gatos, California, but does not yet have definitive agreement: Redlake makes instrumentation cameras, imaging boards and systems, and personal computers, Atek integrates computer systems for state and local government; PhotoBase is a software developer and systems integrator specialising in image database systems including document storage and retrieval, and large scale video image storage systems.
