CEO Kevin DeNuccio attributed the shortfall to: distribution channel disruptions caused by the timing of our proposed acquisition by Ericsson. He said it was also hit by lower than expected revenue from its older SMS product line as it transitioned its largest customers to its SmartEdge products. He said he expects substantially all of the delayed purchases to become revenue in 2007.
Ericsson’s acquisition of the San Jose, California-based company has now been approved by US antitrust authorities.
