Ready Systems, 65%-owned by the Dutch company Geveke Electronics, is installing a manufacturing plant for its peripherals in Barcelona: the company expects to begin production there in 1990, and is investing $2.6m in the project which will involve 34 new jobs and a three year annual investment plan of $800,000; the plant will be based in Valles, a technology park where companies get specialised support and management services.
