RACAL ELECTRONICS GRANTED 4% STAKE IN COFIRE

Racal Electronics Plc has been granted a 4% stake in Cofire SA Compagnie Financiere pour la Radiotelephone – a French company formed by Companie Generale des Eaux and French financial institutions to operate cellular telephone services to the existing analogue standards in France: US, Benelux and Italian companies will also be granted small stakes in Cofire.
