RACAL AVIONICS TO BUY BA’S AERAD FLIGHT NAVIGATION BUSINESS

Racal Electronics Plc reports that its Racal Avionics unit is to buy British Airways Plc’s Aerad flight navigation information business for in the region of 5m pounds in cash. The business employs 37 people and provides airlines as well as the Royal Air Force with navigational information such as en route charts and terminal approach procedures.
