RABBIT TO MULTIPLY WITH MICRO PLUS II

Third party SNA and DisOSS software specilist Rabbit Software Inc, Malvern, Pennsylvania, has agreement in principle to get into hardware by acquiring Micro Plus II of Boca Raton, Florida for 2m new Rabbit shares, valuing the maker of IBM Personal communications boards at about $11m. Rabbit hopes to have Micro safe in the warren by May.
