Quintus Corp, a call center help desk software house from Fremont, California, has acquired Nabnasset Corp, a computer-telephony integration company from Massachusetts, on undisclosed terms. Quintas will combine its CustomerQ software with Nabnasset’s VESP voice enhanced services platform, software for integrating voice and data from various kinds of telephony equipment.
