Qubix Graphic Systems Inc, developing illustration and graphics software in San Jose, California has decided to try to sell the company and/or its technology: it says that after a thorough review of its operations and business prospects, the board decided it would be in the best interest of Qubix shareholders, customers and employees for the company to seek a business combination with another company, and will discontinue ongoing operations on March 31; the company has just started marketing its Leonardo software product, designed for illustration and graphic design applications in business, university, engineering and desktop publishing.
