Milpitas, California-based diskmaker Quantum Corp has opened an Asia-Pacific logistics centre and Matsushita-Kotobuki Electronics Industries Ltd a manufacturing unit in Singapore: the manufacturing operation, Kotobuki Electronics Industries Singapore, produces hard disk drives, which are then configured by Quantum Asia-Pacific.
