QUANTEC ACQUIRES TAXSOFT

Quantec (Holdings) Plc of London SW has acquired taxation software specialist Taxsoft Ltd by buying the 60% it did not already hold from majority shareholders 3i and Blackstone Franks & Co for a price that has not been disclosed. 3i remains an investor in Quantec by virtue of a UKP250,000 equity and loan package that was completed recently.
