PYGMY RELEASES MAIL SERVER

By CBR Staff Writer

Pygmy Computer Systems Inc has released a Mail Server to hook Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Mail running on NT to Sharp Electronics Corp’s Zaurus pocket organizers models ZR-5800, 5700, 5000 and 3000. The widgets cost far less than notebook computers, and Pygmy argues that if mobile users need no more than electronic-mail its server can save companies a bundle. The Miami-based Pygmy charges $3,000 for a Pro version with 150-user licenses, $20 for each additional user. A 20-user Lite version is $400.
