London-based Pure Fashions, an independent scarf and jewellery supplier that claims to have the biggest online collection of scarves in the UK, has purchased Eurostop’s e-rmis and e-pos retail systems to support the company’s new store opening in Manchester.
Pure Fashions has selected Eurostop’s e-rmis suite of head office management applications and e-pos electronic point-of-sale solution to effectively manage stock, track the most popular items and so deliver an enhanced, more tailored service to customers in the region.
Pure Fashions turned to Eurostop for what is described as a highly flexible, automated solution that could support the company’s steady business growth – in particular the launch of new retail outlets in different parts of the country.
Ying Walsh, director of Pure Fashions, said: "Eurostop’s proven and unrivalled expertise in the fashion industry gave us the confidence we needed to invest in new technology. We are relying on their complete range of flexible yet highly integrated systems to automate our processes, drive efficiencies and over time, link our head office with the rest of the business from one, single, easy-to-use platform."
Pure Fashions anticipates that the biggest benefit of using Eurostop will be its ability to identify the best-selling items in the Manchester store, enabling it to focus on the most popular brands. This valuable trend analysis will have the additional advantage of capturing important data that empowers staff to deliver the products that their local customers actually want.
Phillip Moylan, sales and marketing manager at Eurostop, added: "Independent retailers like Pure Fashions want to know that their new ventures are going to succeed from day one. Our systems give them the analysis they need to sell the right products at the right time."
For Pure Fashions, Eurostop’s high level of customer service and reliable, rapid response to queries and issues count among their greatest strengths. Despite having only recently installed the Eurostop system, the company already has plans to expand the new implementation in the near future.
