The consultation will gauge public opinion on methods of the sharing arrangement, as well as the criteria to use to assess and monitor the type and extent of infrastructure sharing amongst licensed 3G operators.
The public phase of the consultation will be accepting comments and view until noon on the first of February 2002. The IDA will announce its policy decision by Q2 2002.
