PRIME SHARES TENDERED TO MAI BASIC FOUR DROPPED A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT

Prime Computer Inc is taking heart from the fact that the number of its shares tendered to MAI Basic Four Inc in its $20-a-share tender offer and not withdrawn (CI No 1,118) has dropped a significant amount – to 27.7m from the 33m at the previous count on January 30.
