PRIME, NOVELL TO REVEAL JOINT EFFORT TODAY

Novell Inc and Prime Computer Inc plan to announce a strategic alliance for joint development of local area network products today, according to Dow Jones Professional Investor Report. The effort is expected to involve the combination of Prime’s EXL line of 80386-based Unix System V microcomputers and the Novell NetWare local area network operating system.
