C’est fait – 2: Prime Computer Inc has completed its all-cash tender offer for Computervision Corp; Prime says that the combined company will be split into two divisions of approximately equal size, one selling both companies’ products into the manufacturing industry, the other selling both product lines into commercial and technical markets; Prime is hoping to achieve all necessary job reductions by attrition and by redeployment.
